📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the branch is running smoothly and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and customer service.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
