Rejeki Zahra Electronics is a rapidly growing company in the electronics industry. We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position based in Purwokerto, Indonesia.
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's human resources policies and practices are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to human resources.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian is required.🛠️ Keahlian
