Legal & Compliance Officer - Technology Sector

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead employment compliance, including ensuring all employees are compliant with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the CEO and other senior management on complex legal issues.
• Ensure that all business operations are fully compliant with Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to keep employees informed about legal and compliance requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian laws and regulations and ensure that the company's legal and compliance framework is updated accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in the technology sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and business laws.
• Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Certification in employment law or compliance management is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a must.
