📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate communication between our Indonesian and international teams using Mandarin.
• Coordinate projects and activities across multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of international client relationships.
• Provide translation and interpretation services as needed.
• Support the organization's efforts to expand its international network.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your language and communication skills.
• Assist in the organization of cultural events and activities to promote cross-cultural understanding.
• Provide support to the HR team in managing international employees and contractors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cross-cultural communication role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, transportation, or logistics environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
