PT Bumi Harapan is looking for a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and a competitive salary.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
