📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients after the sale.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of Group Health Insurance products and services.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
