📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
  • Monitoring and reporting on budget performance and financial trends.
  • Providing financial advice and recommendations to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Managing and mentoring junior accountants.
  • Performing other related duties as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
