Food Easy Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised to attract customers and maximize sales.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet company standards and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor store performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that the store is running efficiently and effectively.,Participate in inventory counts and ensure that stock levels are accurately recorded and managed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
