📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, table arrangements, and guest seating.
  • Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event guests, addressing any concerns or special requests.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet facilities, ensuring they are clean and in good condition.
  • Keep accurate records of event details, guest information, and any feedback received.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and maintaining food and beverage stock levels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning and service delivery.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or event planning industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
