📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Support the Team Leader in managing and motivating the team
  • Assist in planning and organizing team activities and schedules
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback
  • Ensure smooth operations and high productivity
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Maintain a positive and productive team environment
  • Handle team-related administrative tasks

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English
