In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, environmental scientists, and project managers, to ensure that every project is executed with precision and efficiency. You will use industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to create detailed designs and project timelines. Your daily tasks will include site inspections, cost estimations, and compliance checks, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and plan sustainable infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and public facilities, using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets using Primavera P6.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other engineers to share best practices and innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of local and national regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• Valid professional engineer license (if applicable).
