📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate recording of sales and inventory data.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Monitor store performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service principles.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.
