• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Social Harmony Department.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and national regulations related to social harmony and community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in social harmony, community development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective community development programs.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Knowledge of local customs, traditions, and cultural practices in Bangka Belitung.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic environment.
