📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients to drive business growth,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all sales activities are aligned with company goals and objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field,Proven track record of success in identifying, developing, and maintaining key client relationships,Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry and a deep understanding of the market,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must
