As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to the table.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.,Promote menu items and specials to encourage customer orders.,Uphold company policies and procedures related to food safety and service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
