📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain network performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.,Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
