📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and filing.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Lead and mentor junior receptionists to maintain high service standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
