📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's vision and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients and supplies.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Continuously seek opportunities for culinary innovation and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
