📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design and deliver effective training solutions.,Create and maintain a learning and development calendar to ensure continuous improvement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization.,Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
