Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.,Manage our social media presence and engage with our audience.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.,Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
