📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
