Cloud Prime Nusantara is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance resolution.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
