🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
