Local Link Corporindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Oversee kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and developing new kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Experience in remote work is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
