This is a full-time position located in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site engineering and a deep understanding of construction and maintenance processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of project sites.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Manage a team of site engineers and workers.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the project site.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in site engineering.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain relevant certifications and licenses.
