📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Conduct regular audits to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand image.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales forecasting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior.
