📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training progress.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in conducting workshops and seminars.
