📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and propose innovative menu strategies based on sales performance, customer insights, and market trends.
• Ensure all menu offerings align with our brand vision and customer preferences.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform our menu strategy.
• Work with our culinary team to ensure all menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
• Monitor and report on menu performance, providing insights to drive future strategy.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to promote our menu offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the food and beverage industry.
• Represent Private Advertiser at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food and beverage strategy role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful menu strategies.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
