📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to align with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Utilize Oracle Talent Management and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and HR requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and workforce planning.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using Oracle Talent Management and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
