📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee interior design and construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project budgets and costs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including permits and insurance.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
• Provide regular progress reports and presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interior design and construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management within the interior design and construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile projects.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
