You'll work closely with university recruiters, career services offices, and student organizations to build strong relationships and attract the best candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent from universities in Bangka Belitung and surrounding regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university recruiters, career services offices, and student organizations.
• Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking activities.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify and evaluate potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to enhance our campus recruitment efforts and reach a wider audience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all campus recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and management on campus recruitment progress and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the university recruitment process and the ability to navigate the campus environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about helping students and young professionals achieve their career goals.
